If you wish to request a repeat prescription, you may do so using one of the below methods. Prescriptions can be collected at reception or can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Please allow at least 48hours for your request to be processed, this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Please note we have a dedicated prescription line, which you can talk to one of our administration team between the hours of 10am – 12pm each day. This is for prescription queries only, therefore prescription requests will NOT be accepted.
Patient Online Prescriptions Service
We are introducing a new way of ordering prescriptions through our website. If you have not already registered for our new online prescription website, please pick up a form from the surgery and return to our reception team. Our current online service is still live, and we will notify you when we stop using this system in the near future.
The prescription line has a dedicated answer phone which allows you to leave the surgery a message any time of day. This will instruct you to leave details of your name, address, contact number and the names of the medication you require.
Repeat Prescription Forms
Repeat Prescription Forms can be found attached to your prescription, simply tick these boxes and hand back to the surgery or your chemist. You can also pick up a Repeat Prescription Form at reception - you will need the names of your medication for this form.
We also accept handwritten letters to request repeat medication. You may also wish to include a "Stamped Addressed Envelope", if you would like your prescription returned to you.
